Getting married abroad is becoming more and more popular with couples wanting to cement their relationship in tropical paradise, amongst sun, sand, sea, and friends.
Couples of the same sex wishing to have a civil blessing ceremony in Ibiza, Cyprus and the Algarve now can, as tour operators have introduced Commitment ceremonies to their Weddings packages.
However, please do take note that this is for blessings only and not full weddings and couples are advised to make their marriage binding within the UK. This can be done either before travel or after for all civil ceremonies.
