Stationary And Craft Ideas

Whos’ Who
When writing out your table place names, write the person’s name on either side of the card. This way people across the table from them will know the name of the person sitting opposite and will begin to stimulate conversation with one another.

Branch Out
Twigs covered in silver spray paint make a great table decoration and room accessory. To make it extra special, why not add some fairy lights to the room for that extra sparkle!

Table Cloth Ideas
If you want to make the glisten then why not spray the cloths with glitter hair spray. That way plain looking table cloths look more inviting.

Tinned Flowers
A quirky little idea for flower posies ideal for table decorations would be to wash and clean used tin cans and remove the labels, put some weights in the bottom (these can be anything from marbles to pebbles) and you can add little bunches of flowers for the sweetest table decor.

Diamante Flowers
Today you can get allsorts from craft shops so we suggest you hunt around for diamonds on pins as these make a great addition to heads of flowers by placing them into the top. These will look great anywhere at your Wedding Event.

Minty Fresh Breath

After the Wedding breakfast its nice to have a mint to refresh the breath, so why not invest in some mint imperials for each table. They are cheap to buy and you can use your wedding decoration to incorporate them into the table.
For example if you are having a country theme to your wedding then perhaps some little baskets may be appropriate to put the mints in.

Coloured water
Every wedding has a colour theme so why not colour the water in the vases that the flowers go in to match your colour scheme. It will add a more vibrancy to the Wedding decoration and give something for your Wedding Guests to talk about at the tables.

Get everyone involved
Organising a wedding is a huge event, so remember to enrol everyone you can to help you organise your Wedding day. And always remember, it’s exciting planning a wedding but it’s also a good idea to keep focused and keep a business head about you. This will ensure you don’t get too carried away and blow the budget.

Ask Around
If you do need to cut costs ask around for help. Family and friends may be able to contribute by letting you borrow their vintage car for the weekend, or enlist some of your girl friends to come over for a girly night to make wedding favours. You can lay on some wine and nibbles and really make a night of it.

Light up the night
If you are having an outdoor event or you just want something a little extra about the room, then how about popping some glow sticks into the flower vases. This will give an extra glow to the table centre pieces and also create extra light if outdoors.
